Please, check your spam folder. Alex Vede shop will send you automated order and shipping confirmations, but unfortunately many email clients flag messages from Shopify as spam (most notably Gmail). If you think you might have made a typo on your email address, contact us and we'll update your information manually.
  • How do I cancel my order?
If it hasn't been shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund you. If your order has already been shipped, order cancellation is not possible. 
  • Why do I have to add my phone number?
For shipments with tracking number, the postal service may have to call you if they are unable to deliver your package.
  • My order was damaged in the mail / the merchandise is incorrect, what do I do? 
Please contact us by email at alexvedeart@gmail.com or via the store contact form and include your name, order number and a photo of your order for an exchange or refund. 
  • What happens if I write my address incorrectly?
If you have not yet received the shipping confirmation email, you can correct your address by writing to this email address: alexvedeart@gmail.com or via the contact form
Once the order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made. If the address is incorrect and does not reach its destination and the package is returned to the origin, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer. In case the customer does not assume the shipping cost, the amount of the products will be refunded (except those that have been signed personalized at the request of the customer).
