PRE-SALE INFORMATION

  1. Pre-sale products start shipping from the date indicated in the product description.
  2. All products purchased with the pre-sale product will be shipped on the date indicated in the pre-sale product description. If you want in-stock products to be shipped earlier, it is preferable that you order those products separately. 
  3. When the product is shipped, you will be notified by email. 

  4. In the case that the pre-sale is cancelled and the product cannot be shipped, the amount of the product and the shipping will be refunded in full and by the same method of original payment.

  5. To cancel your order it is necessary that it has NOT been shipped and you must send us an email to alexvedeart@gmail.com or by filling out the store's contact form. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
