Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from Galicia, Spain. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season, preorders...) it may take up to one week for us to get to your order. 

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

When you shop at Alex Vede's store, you will have two shipping options:

1. STANDARD MAIL: this option does not include tracking number.
Delivery times:
  • SPAIN: 3 to 7 days
  • EUROPE: 1 - 2 weeks
  • REST OF THE WORLD: 2 - 8 weeks

2. CERTIFIED MAIL: this option includes tracking number. 

Delivery times:
  • SPAIN: 3 to 7 days
  • EUROPE: 1 - 2 weeks
  • REST OF THE WORLD: 2 - 8 weeks

All orders are shipped via the Spanish national postal service CORREOS.  

Once the order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made. If the address is incorrect and does not reach its destination and the package is returned to the origin, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer. In case the customer does not assume the shipping cost, the amount of the products will be refunded (except those that have been signed personalized at the request of the customer). 

Please allow at least 30 business days before inquiring after your package.

Your identification number (DNI / ID / Passport / Tax ID) is requested solely for invoicing, tax compliance and customs purposes, in accordance with applicable laws. This information will be processed securely and used only for the fulfillment of your order, and will not be shared with third parties except where legally required (e.g., tax authorities or customs services). By completing your purchase, you consent to the processing of this data for these purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
